BIM-Driven Parametric Office Building
PAD Yaoundé Office Building is a contemporary office development in Yaoundé, Cameroon, defined by a computational façade system, coordinated BIM delivery, and a buildable approach to complex architectural geometry.
Studio 127_1 contributed to the project through BIM coordination, façade rationalisation, documentation logic, and the translation of parametric design intent into coordinated architectural delivery.

The project demonstrates a workflow where computational geometry, BIM coordination, and façade documentation operate as one integrated design system.
The façade was not treated only as a visual surface, but as a rationalised architectural assembly — structured through panel families, aperture logic, fabrication control, and coordinated BIM components.
